Prison Ministry

Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound.

       Isaiah 61:1

Mission Statement

A ministry that has been ordained by God to reach and teach the incarcerated ones through the study of God's holy word and to teach them to not be conformed to this world; but to be transformed by the renewing of their mind.  In order to be better Christians and productive men in society, and in turn give back to others.

For Jesus said, "For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink; I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not. Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?"

       Matthew 25:42-44
